Lakewood Forest is a well-established neighborhood of 2,617 homes nestled in the Northwest Houston/Cypress/Tomball area, minutes from Hwy 249, Beltway 8 and the Grand Parkway. We are known for our majestic oak trees, large residential lots, beautifully landscaped medians, quiet surroundings and quick access to local hike and bike trails. Residents enjoy several family-focused events hosted by the Fund and the Civic Association throughout the year. Lakewood Forest has one of the lowest HOA fees in Northwest Houston. Cypress Fairbanks and Tomball Independent School Districts, both of which have a highly regarded reputation for excellence, serve Lakewood Forest students.
The Lakewood Forest Fund is the homeowners' association for our community and is generally referred to as “The Fund.” The Fund is self-managed. Our Board of Trustees is comprised of seven volunteer trustees. Trustees serve without compensation and are elected for two-year terms.
We ask that you read and abide by your Deed Restrictions and Adopted Policies, maintain your property, and pay your annual assessment fee when due. Lakewood Forest is a deed-restricted community, and these legally binding documents are very important to you. All exterior improvements require approval from the Architectural Control Committee.

The HOA fees remain at $690.00 with an additional $15.00 voluntary fee to the Lakewood Forest Civic Club, bringing the total to $705.00 with contribution.
