This event is complimentary to all Lakewood Forest Residents.

Please join the Lakewood Forest Fund HOA volunteer board members and meet your neighbors in beautiful Lakewood Forest. We’ve planned an evening of lounging in the sparkling pool featuring dinner (limited availability) and BINGO games!

Bring the family and your best Lakewood Forest stories and memories. Has your family been here the longest? Do you have a great story about growing up in Lakewood Forest? We want to hear your stories!

We’ll have cool drinks, snacks and treats and even some adult beverages. We’ll start our BINGO GAMES around 7 pm with some great prizes for adults and the kids. All you have to do is bring the family and celebrate this momentous occasion. Got a great story or memory about Lakewood? Send them to be included that evening. The pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball court,

and playground will be open to members and all our neighbors in Lakewood Forest and beyond.  Information on all LRC activities will

be available.  Representatives from Lakewood

Lightning swim team and the club tennis liaison will be present to answer questions about swim team and tennis leagues.

Keep your eyes open on the morning of December 3rd as

Santa Claus cruises through the neighborhood on his way to the Lakewood Residents’ Club to meet with the youngsters of Lakewood Forest. 

Join your volunteer board members for a HOLLY JOLLY good time and a visit with Santa Claus as we celebrate the start of the Christmas season.

Come join your neighbors at our annual Eggstravganza on Saturday, April 16 from 1 PM to 3 PM. There will be fun activities for the children, highlighted by an egg hunt for kids of all ages. All Lakewood Forest residents are invited to attend.

This event is hosted by the Lakewood Forest Civic Association with support from the Lakewood Forest Fund (“the HOA”) and will be held (rain or shine!) at the Russ Poppe Family Park at 11675 Grant Road, Cypress, TX  77429. This park is located between Lakewood Forest Drive and Jones Road, on the south side of Grant Road. Check in at the park pavilion when you arrive.

Egg hunt sessions by age starting at 1:15 PM and 2:00 PM – bring a basket!
Giant inflatable obstacle course
Spring crafts
Face painting
Seed planting hosted by the Lakewood Forest Garden Club
Gourmet ice cream treats sponsored by the Lakewood Forest Fund
Goody bags for the kids

Volunteers are needed to help run this event. Teens who want to earn volunteer hours can show up to work starting at noon. Adults are welcome too! Volunteers will be putting out eggs, helping with the obstacle course, passing out refreshments, and helping with setup and tear down.

Bring an item or two to donate to the Abandoned Animal Rescue group in Tomball. (  AAR is in need of supplies to run the facility, including: Kong toys or Nylabone Flexbone toys for dogs, paper towels, trash bags, toilet tissue, disinfecting handwipes, non-latex gloves, stainless steel bowls, letter size copy paper, and clumping cat litter. Dog or cat food is appreciated too, but AAR requires specific brands. See the list at
